Mr. Segal is a seasoned civil litigator and since 2006 has exclusively represented individuals and small businesses in class actions and other complex litigation. His practice involves labor and employment class action lawsuits involving various violations of the California and federal labor laws, wrongful termination cases such as discrimination and harassment claims. Mr. Segal’s practice also involves class action lawsuits involving violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. He has extensive experience litigating in both federal and state courts.

Mr. Segal has successfully obtained class certification against numerous corporate defendants including T-Mobile, First American Title Company, Fidelity National Title Company and Home Depot.

Notable Cases and Results

In 2014, Mr. Segal was a member of the trial team in Kirk v. First American Title Company, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. BC 372797 which resulted in a multimillion dollar judgment in favor of the certified class following a two month bench trial.

Mr. Segal is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and state and federal courts in California.
