Nolan Dilts

Nolan Dilts is a plaintiff’s attorney through and through. After growing up in small-town Ohio, Nolan set his sights to Los Angeles where he graduated from Pepperdine School of Law with honors. At Pepperdine, Nolan served as a Literary Citation Editor for the Law Review Journal and received a Certificate in Entertainment, Media, and Sports Law. In 2020, Nolan made the transition to Setareh Law Group from a civil rights and personal injury firm, advocating for clients who had suffered at the hands of the government and major corporations. This experience has served Nolan well in representing workers against some of the largest law firms in the country.

Nolan Dilts is admitted to practice in the Courts of California, and focuses on wage and hour class actions, FCRA actions, and wrongful termination cases.

B.S. Ashland University, summa cum laude.

Personal Interests:

Nolan enjoys playing guitar, skiing, hiking, and THE Ohio State Buckeyes.
