Candice Pillion

Wage & Hour and Consumer Class Actions, Personal Injury, Mass Torts and Employment Litigation

Candice Pillion joined Setareh Law Group in December of 2019. While in law school, Ms. Pillion served on the leadership team for Loyola Law School’s chapter of the ACLU. During law school, Ms. Pillion served as an extern to U.S. District Court Judge Margaret Morrow (ret.), a clerk at the Cancer Legal Resource Center. She also worked as a legal clerk to the international anticorruption organization Transparency International in its Tbilisi, Georgia offices. Ms. Pillion worked previously at an employment class action firm, representing workers who failed to receive the wages and breaks guaranteed to them under state and federal law. Her legal work before and after law school has been consistently focused on public service, and on ensuring that those with less money or influence can still be heard.

Ms. Pillion is an avid crossfitter, an abysmal golfer, and will whip up a batch of cookies at the slightest provocation.
