Alex McIntosh

Wage & Hour and Consumer Class Actions, Personal Injury, Mass Torts and Employment Litigation

Alex McIntosh joined Setareh Law Group in March of 2019. Her practice focuses on wage and hour class actions, PAGA actions, FCRA actions and individual employment cases.

While in law school, Alex was Director of the UCI Chapter of the International Refugee Assistance Program and served as student leader for the Wage Theft Clinic. She also externed for Legal Aid At Work, where she represented employees before various administrative agencies, including the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board and the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement. She reached the Quarterfinals in the highly competitive UCI School of Law Moot Court Competition. Alex also completed externships with the Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor and the Wage Justice Center.

Alex was a member of the UCSB Division I women’s tennis team.

Ms. McIntosh loves hiking, playing soccer and taking care of her dog Nova.
