Farrah Grant works to vindicate the rights of employees in the workplace on a classwide and individual basis. Ms. Grant represents employees in federal and state court on a wide variety of wage and hour claims, including unpaid wages, meal break and rest break violations, inaccurate wage statements, and unreimbursed work expenses. Ms. Grant has litigated and resolved many employment cases for the benefit of employees. 

Ms. Grant joined Setareh Law Group in February 2015. Her practice focuses on wage and hour class actions, PAGA actions, FCRA actions and individual employment cases, especially gender, disability, race, and age discrimination. While attending law school, Ms. Grant was chair of the El Centro Workers’ Rights Clinic and served as a managing editor of the Entertainment Law Review. While a law student, she also worked as a judicial extern in the Central District of California. After law school, Ms. Grant clerked at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Before  joining Setareh Law Group, Ms. Grant worked for a boutique employment law firm in Los Angeles.

Ms. Grant is a fan of performing arts, and she is a performing member of the Academy of Magical Arts.
